Office Plan 24 requires a 24-month agreement and includes free setup. Office Plan 12 and the App Only Plan require a 12-month agreement. Because the Yealink T44W desk phone is provided with no upfront cost, early cancellation carries a penalty. The App Only Plan requires a minimum of 2 users.
Our network is strictly dimensioned for corporate administrative offices, retail settings, medical facilities, or professional services environments utilizing our Hosted PBX architecture. Unlimited calling to PR and the continental USA covers up to 4,000 total minutes per month per account. Using these communication lines for intensive outsourced call centers, massive telemarketing, or automated polling dialers is strictly prohibited.
Even though Yealink T44W terminals feature integrated Wi-Fi for versatile setups, the client's location must feature a stable, business-grade broadband connection with high-quality wireless network signals. BrightWave is not liable for HD audio degradation resulting from congested local Wi-Fi networks, unstable consumer routers, or third-party packet loss separate from our secure cloud server clusters.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Number porting is subject to approval by your current provider. An internet connection at the client's location is required.
